Project Summary
This project will consist of the total refurbishment and upgrade of an existing office tower consisting of podium car-parking levels, office tower levels and plant levels. This involves supplying the TROX VAV boxes for this project, and BMS Controllers by Alerton and Optergy Enterprise will be implemented at the enterprise front end. The entire building will be vacant during the refurbishment process with unwanted building services systems removed prior to installation of the new air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
