Tamworth Hospital – Burdin Building
BACKGROUND –
Alerton were engaged to upgrade the BMS in the existing Burdlin building. This was a complete refurbishment of the client facing spaces of the hospital.
CHALLENGES –
• Keeping portions of the hospital operational with staff and patients being housed.
• Refurbishing a lot of existing equipment and removing the asbestos containing materials.
• Hospital staff would only accept one common frontend for the entire site, this involved Alerton mapping across another providers points.
SOLUTION –
We delivered a fully functioning and easy to use campus wide BACnet BMS.
