The Old Treasury Building utilises the Optergy Enterprise integrated Building and Energy Management System to control the comfort air conditioning, monitor crucial building operation systems and log energy consumption. Alerton Australia designed, engineered, installed and commissioned the BACnet system for the Old Treasury Building including an entire building tenant fit-out and supplementary air-conditioning.
