Join AIRAH’s WA division for a discussion on Building Tuning and Optimisation on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at the State Library of WA from 4-8pm.

To assure long-term building optimal performance and reduced carbon emissions, lifecycle building tuning strategies are necessary. Underperforming buildings not only harm the environment but lead to asset downtime, increased operational and repair costs, increased tenant complaints.

Our very own BMS expert Michael Dowling, Alerton Australia / Leading Edge Automation Business Development Manager, will highlight the solutions you need to run a high performing energy efficient building. This includes BMS design, implementation and commissioning, and the key elements required to deliver a successful end-to-end installation.

Vince Simpson, IBMS Director, will discuss the seven key algorithms and tasks involved in ensuring the essential level of operation is maintained, that the intended design conditions are met, plant efficiency is maximised and tenant complaints are minimised.

Graham Agar, Full Circle Design Services Director, will cover design for tuning, including energy modeling, design team buy-in and monitoring system design and commissioning.
