HCF House is an owner occupied 14-storey commercial tower.
The site will undergo a full strip out and refurbishment, while maintaining a 75% live occupancy rate. Alerton have been contracted to HVAC Project Partners to replace and upgrade the BMS and add an Aurora EMS. The project will be carried out over the next 12 months with a delicate process to minimise disruption to the tenants.
