The Simonds Stadium (Stage 4) development will complete the transformation of the venue into Victoria’s third national multi-purpose stadium. Stage 4 involves the demolition of the existing Brownlow and Jennings Stands, and the construction of a new grandstand in their places. The new grand stand includes player facilities, ticketing, administration, media facilities, function spaces, bars, food outlets and various other uses.
