Owned and managed by Mirvac, Bay Centre was built in 2002.
Under a Platinum Energy Contract, Alerton are constantly monitoring and improving the energy efficiency of Bay Centre.
Using BMS control strategy upgrades, as well as minor lighting upgrades, Mirvac with the assistance of Alerton Australia just achieved a 6 star energy NABERS rating!
