Contracted to FREDON, Alerton have been engaged to provide the base and tenant BMS works for the JACOBS fitout at 177 Pacific Highway. The 5 level tenant fitout includes PAC Units, VAV recalibration and relocation and new ventilation systems.
The Base Optergy BMS will be extended to incorporate all new works with a separate tenant login.
