Westfield’s Warringah Mall is undergoing a large refurbishment to the centre. Contracted to Climatech, Alerton are providing a new control system for the base building and many of its tenants fit outs. This includes new controls for the chiller system and AHU’s along with sub metering and a range of interfacing to other trades. All systems go back to the BMS server via the centres ICN.
