Contracted by Ellis Air-conditioning, Alerton will be undertaking a base building and integrated tenancy fit out for The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation Project (ANMF). 3 levels will form the new ANMF Education Centre and comprise auditorium for seminars and conferences, library/student hub, simulation laboratories and teaching spaces to support member training and education. Level 6 to Level 8 function as the office accommodation for ANMF operational departments whilst Levels 3 to 5 are lettable floors for future tenant accommodation.
