New Project: Central Park 1 & 4N

Contracted by Austral Air-conditioning Services, Alerton will be providing the BMS, EMS and In Home displays at Block 1 & 4N at Central Park all sitting on a enterprise level backbone. The job consist of two towers with a common basement that house over 300 residential apartments, 6 levels of office space and 17 level of Hotel.

As part of the contract Alerton will be providing a complete solution which includes an enterprise level backbone. This contract is a great addition to our presence at Central Park to Block 8 and the Central Plant.
