Parkmore Shopping Centre had recently been refurbished with a new Tridium system and Alerton controllers. The existing electrical metering is based on an EP&T embedded system and Alerton’s brief was to cutover the system onto the new BMS. This involved replacing the EDGE meters, installing new Gas Meters, Water Meters and Thermal Meters or the Gas Condensing Boilers.
