Project Summary

114 William Street is a 24 storey commercial office building which is undergoing a Thermal Plant Upgrade which consists of, two new chillers, two new cooling towers, two new tenant condenser water cooling towers and two new boilers.

The project is expected to be completed before the end of 2017 and should provide the first stage of reducing the buildings energy consumption, to increase the NABERS rating and the overall valuation of the building.
