Alerton Australia have been engaged by A.G. Coombs to provide an Optergy Enterprise Building and Energy Management System for this new low-rise commercial building in the heart of the Sydney Olympic Park Commercial Precinct.
The building’s central plant includes a Chilled Water system, Hot Water system, Condenser Water system and VAV Air Handling Units. The building also includes End of Trip facilities, backup generators, a Carpark CO system, and interfaces for lighting control and security monitoring. The NABERS target for the building is 5 stars (Energy and Water).
