In January 2018, The GPT Group invited Alerton Australia / Leading Edge Automation to tender for their BMCS maintenance, deviating from the previous arrangement where the Melbourne sites were subcontracted out by the Mechanical Services provider. This was to align all BMCS service providers across all sites to a direct relationship with GPT to ensure consistency in service delivery with defined KPIs.
Following 5 months of negotiations, we were successful in re-securing the sites and increasing our base contract from $302,594 to $412,500 per annum on a 1+1+1 year agreement, with a 3% yearly increase.
Location: Charlestown Square, 111 Eagle Street, Melbourne Central Retail, 150 Collins Street, Parkmore Shopping Centre.
