New Project: 1 Denison Street

Alerton Australia/Leading Edge Automation have been engaged by Fredon Air to deliver the Building and Energy Management System for this new 39 story Commercial Tower in North Sydney. The first ten floors of the building will be the new home for Channel 9 in Sydney. The head contractor for the project is Multiplex.

The project consists of two Chilled Water Systems (Air-cooled and Water Cooled), Hot Water System, Condenser Water System, 25 Air Handling Units, 740 VAV’s, Ventilation Systems, thermal metering, supply and monitoring of nearly 500 Electrical Meters, as well as Fire, Lift, Electrical, Lighting and Hydraulic monitoring and control.

The project is due to be completed by the middle of 2020.
