AA/LEA has been successful in securing the building automation package at 130 Lonsdale Street Melbourne. We will be working for BSA Allstaff, to deliver one of Charter Hall’s newest Victorian building, under the Lendlease construction team.
The BMS will consist of control and monitoring of the Heating Hot Water Plant, Chilled Water Plant, Condensing Water Plant, Ventilation System, Hydraulic Services Interface, Electrical Services Interface, Water Cooled Fan Coil Units, VRV/VRF Air Conditioning Systems, AHU’s & hundreds of VAV’s.
