New Project: Two Melbourne Quarter

Alerton Australia has been successful in securing the building automation package at Two Melbourne Quarter (MQ). Two MQ consists of a dynamic design and interconnectivity between floors, the tower creates a highly collaborative client experience, encouraging a greater flow of people and a more social and sustainable workplace. We will be working for AG Coombs, to deliver for Lend Lease.

With approximately 49,000sqm of net lettable area over 23 levels, this A-grade tower encourages flexible ways of working, allowing staff to work in nearby green parks and co-working environments for greater employee health and wellbeing.
