Contracted by D&E Air Conditioning, we will be completing the building automation, mechanical electrical & energy management for 405 Bourke Street. Developed by Brookfield in collaboration with ISPT the project will spur redevelopment of the midtown precinct between Elizabeth and Queen Street, where a number of developers have been consolidating large sites for redevelopment.
