This development is a Chiller Plant Room and Chilled Water Fan Coil Units serving restaurants and retail shops with possibly a new Cinema. LEA are providing BMS and energy/utility monitoring for the developers, as well as a chiller plant energy audit which will be implemented by Song Teck.
