Alerton Australia was contracted to deliver the Building and Energy Management System for this new Timber-Framed Commercial Building in Barangaroo.
Joint early collaboration with the Builder, Consultants, Architects and Services trades during the design stage has ensured complete building and system optimisation for this unique Cross-Laminated-Timber (CLT) frame build architecture.
The project consists of the delivery and installation of:
- Chilled and hot water systems
- Variable air volume systems
- Air handling Units
- Chilled beam zones
- Ventilation systems
- Thermal metering
- Supply and monitoring of electrical meters and water meters
- Fire, lift, electrical, lighting and hydraulic monitoring and control
