New Project: Faulkner Civic Community Centre

Contracted by WAMS Engie, we will be providing the BMS and EMS solution to meet their Green Star Rating. Our scope of works includes providing the Air cooled chillers, CHWP, Boilers, HHWP, AHU’s, CRAC units, AC units connected via BACnet HLI, Evaporative cooler, VAV boxes, ventilation systems, carpark CO monitoring & Metering interface via ModBus HLI.   

The Faulkner Civic Centre is a multiuse building for The City of Belmont including a Digital Hub, Recording Studio, Larger and upgraded Museum, Crèche, Senior Citizens Club, Office for Not-for-Profit organisations & Café.
