Alerton Australia have won two new projects, Lockyer and Chrystal Halliday residential care facilities, with a combined value of $879k incorporating BMS, mechanical electrical and mssb’s. Both facilities are owned by Juniper, designed by GHD and we will provide Optergy solutions for each. We are contracted to Centigrade for Lockyer and Morgan mechanical for Chrystal Halliday.
This will be a great opportunity to build a relationship with a new property owner and aim to build on our install base in the future.
