Project Summary
The Sydney "Inner West Council" has appointed Mirvac as the developer of the new Marrickville Library Community Hub. Alerton have been contracted be Seda Service to install and Optergy building automation system and EMS to control and monitor the heritage building and new section. An interesting design is being implemented where Alerton Microset 4's will be used for user interaction not just for the air conditioning but also the natural ventilation using the window open/close feature built in.
