New Project: Rundle Mall Plaza

Adelaide office has been engaged by the Builder to replace an existing BMS system in the Rundle Mall Plaza building, as the current BMS Contractor does not have a support presence in South Australia. The building has several levels of Retail space together with a number of upper levels which house Administration Office for the University of Adelaide. The lower levels in the building housing the Retail outlets are being refurbished by the Builder, and building owner has engaged Alerton to provide new BMS control for these lower levels. In addition they have engaged Alerton to replace the controls for the remainder of the Building including Thermal Plant to improve the energy performance of the building, and position the asset ready for a NABERS assessment.
