Contracted to PJM Engineering, 367 Collins will be fully refurbished to today’s standard and offer outstanding potential for tenants. Alerton will be providing the fit-out of Sportsbet levels 21-23, modifications to the existing level 15 tenancy services and the installation of a dry cooler plant on the level 34 roof plant area. Alerton will be installing new supplementary water-cooled packaged units, a/c c/w moisture detectors, condensate pump alarm/ interlock serving meeting rooms and open plan office space, a new outside air system L21 to L23, a new dry cooler and a condenser water pump to the existing L34 dry cooler system.
