Alerton Service WA have won a 12 month, Quarterly Service Maintenance agreement and Alerton WA Projects have also won a new 297 VAV controls project fitout with an upgrade of the Optergy 1 portal to the Optergy Enterprise Platform. The 20 Storey building has an existing Alerton Envision BMS and was, until recently, part of the ENVAR Service portfolio.
The building has a current NABERS Star Rating of 4 and the Property Management team – CRBE have implemented the above works and are looking for Maintenance reporting and analytical platforms for improvements and advancements of energy consumption of the existing and new plant; ultimately to advance their NABERS Rating in the near future.
