The background

We delivered the BMS and EMS for this new Timber-Framed Commercial Building in Barangaroo. We were asked to be involved early in the process, leveraging our excellent relationship developed by the Operational Intelligence team with Lend Lease in the Barangaroo precinct, and we have been working with the Builder,Consultants, Architects and Services trades during the design stage to ensure readiness for ordering of the buildings Cross-Laminated-Timber (CLT) frame.

Our solution

We streamlined and upgraded the existing access integration systems, and identified that user management was poignant to reaching their goals. This involved streamlining and decluttering the day-to-day journey each employee had. 

Multiple servers and data streams were set to work together and communicate with one another in order to create complex workflows focused on the most commonly utilised commands employees would conduct, but also offering a myriad of relative options in a much simpler interface.
