Project Summary
This project will redevelop a section of the existing shopping centre with a vertical extension added. This will see the addition of two major tenants and a number of specialty stores. The existing AHU’s will be decommissioned and reused in a new plant room alongside new units which are to be installed during this project. This project has multiple elements including BMS, Electrical Metering, Water Metering, Thermal Energy Metering and Thermal Energy Billing.
