Contracted to ASCOT AIR, Leading Edge Automation have been engaged to provide the tenant BMS works for the new Births, Deaths & Marriages fitout at 180 Anne St, Brisbane. The tenant fitout includes PAC Units, Base Building VAV relocation and new VAV systems installation. The extension of the base building works shall continue with the whole building utilising the Alerton Wireless sensors. The Base Building Optergy BMS will be extended to incorporate all new works with a separate tenant login.
