New Project: 180 Ann Street

Tabcorp having recently signed up to occupy 6 floors of this building. The design for this fit-out included 45 new Condenser Water Cooled supplementary AC units and associated equipment as well as modifications to the base building VAV system. The project will add approximately 630 additional BMS points to the site wide Optergy/Alerton based BMS.
