New Project: 271 Spring Street

Alerton Australia have been contracted by OP Industries Melbourne, to deliver turnkey solution on our Building Management System and Energy Management System for 271 Spring Street Melbourne. The work will be carried out by our senior project manager Aaron Lim. The work consist of control and monitoring of the Heating Hot Water Plant, Chilled Water Plant, Condensing Water Plant, Ventilation System, Lighting System Interface, Security System Interface, Hydraulic Services Interface, Electrical Services Interface, Water Cooled Fan Coil Units, VRV/VRF Air Conditioning Systems, Air Handling Units, and Variable Air Volume Boxes. This project also involved in working on a separate BMS system for Australian Unity multiple level tenancy fit out within the building at the same time.
