Leading Edge Automation has been awarded the Stage 3 of the Brisbane Quarter project by Ellis Air Conditioning to provide a BMS for the 41-storey Commercial Tower at 300 George Street. This tower is intended to achieve a 5-Star Green Star and a 5-Star NABERS rating. This project cements our special relationship with Ellis Air and reaffirms their confidence in LEA’s capability & competency in delivering prestigious projects such as the Brisbane Quarter to the desired specification and customer’s satisfaction.
The meticulous project engineering design and top-notch customer service provided by our project & installation team during the Stage 1 (Basement, Podium, and Hotel Tower) were instrumental in obtaining this order.
The BMS will be controlling new Cooling Towers, AHUs, PAC units, VAVs, and fans while integrating with the existing Central Energy Plant which was commissioned as part of Stage 1, new Hydraulic services, Fire services, Lifts, and the building’s EMS.
