AA/LEA has been successful in securing the building automation & mechanical electrical package at Melbourne Square Stage One. Melbourne Square is a $2.8 billion building complex of residential, hotel and commercial towers in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria. The complex will be constructed in five stages.
We will be working for D&E Air Conditioning, to deliver for Multiplex & OSK Property. Stage One BMS will consist of control and monitoring of the Heating Hot Water Plant, Chilled Water Plant, Condensing Water Plant, Ventilation System, Hydraulic Services Interface, Electrical Services Interface, VRV/VRF Air Conditioning Systems & AHU’s.
