Contracted by Quadrant, Alerton has been engaged to fitout floors 2 -5 for Chadstone Shopping centre. The base building BMS is a Niagara System with Alerton controllers integrated into Chadstone Shopping Centre. The project comprises of 22 x PAC units and 40 x sensor relocates.
Due to exceptional project management for the current base building works and an exceptional working relationship, Quadrant did not even pursue pricing negotiations for this fitout.
