New Project: Italian Aged Care

Alerton has been engaged by Ocean Air Mechanical Services to deliver the BMS control and mechanical electrical works for the Italian Aged Care facility in Marangaroo – Perth under construction by Badge Construction Contractor.

The project requires control and monitoring of 124 – off FCU/VRV units and 22 – off Ventilation Fans, monitoring of third party systems like Lift, Fire, Genset and Hydraulics  and mechanical electrical works.

This would be an additional facility developed by Italian Aged Care Incorporation in Perth to deliver excellent standard of care with high regard for the spiritual, social and personal preferences of each individual in the community.
