New Project: Prahran High School

We have been engaged by ACES Air Conditioning to deliver the BMS and EMS for the Roden Cutler House refurbishment project. This building is located at 24 Campbell St in Sydney’s Haymarket and owned by Ausgrid. 

In this 20 story Commercial tower, the BMS will control a Chilled Water, Condenser Water and Hot Water System, 39 Air Handling Units, 150 VAV terminals, Mechanical ventilation systems, as well as interfacing with Electrical Meters, Hydraulic Meters, Fire Services, Lighting, Lift Services, Electrical and Hydraulic Services.
