Designer accommodation in Surfers Paradise, QT is a spacious 297 room hotel. LEA will be upgrading the existing Honeywell system to an Aurora enterprise management system with Alerton field controllers. This will include 24 AHU’s with reheat, 2 water cooled chiller and cooling towers. Other works include electrical metering, demand limiting of plant and upgrading the carpark controls to CO sensors.
