Red Cross Stage 4 is two levels of office refurbishment within the red cross CBD site. Optergy Enterprise will be extended for for the project to cap off a combination of laboratory, storage and office space. The site is a great showcase for Alerton in WA with a range of AHU’s, central plant, chilled beams, critical alarming, P2 laboratories, energy metering and a dual redundancy Optergy Enterprise headend.
