Contacted by AG Coombs, Alerton Australia have won the Building 2 redevelopment for UTS. Works involve the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new teaching building, including a new UTS Library, learning commons and research space.
The building presents as an undulating semi-transparent building wrapping the base of the tower, this is achieved with curved glass facade.
