Alerton have been engaged to disconnect the chiller control of the existing Carrier chiller control board with the existing BMS as well as implement metering solution for tenancy. Project works include providing new mech/elec panel, rerouting wiring and replacing old sensors, as well as designing and engineering a new control logic for the plant room including chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers and AHU’s.
