Alerton has been engaged by New Edge Group to deliver the BMS and EMS for the Westpac Concord Critical Call Centre site upgrade. The existing Trane system is being pulled out and upgraded to new Alerton controllers, and we are providing a Fibre Network backbone linking plant rooms around the warehouse style building. The project consists of central chilled and hot water plant, Air Handling Units with CO2 control, and a dedicated Computer Room Monitoring System (CREMS).
