New Project: Williamtown RAAF Base

Alerton Australia / Leading Edge Automation has been engaged by BSA (Triple-M) to deliver the BMS and EMS for the three new Defence buildings that form the Stage 2 RAAF Redevelopment. This includes a five-floor office building, retail building and an auditorium. The head contractor for the project is CPB.

We were able to win this project with ongoing support to BSA’s Sales and Project teams through detailed responses to RFI’s from the consultant and builder on short deadlines.

The project consists of a Central Chilled Water System and Heating Hot Water System, 58 Air Handling Units, 116 VAV’s, 64 Fan Coil Units, thermal metering of buildings and tenancies, Mechanical Ventilation Fans, monitoring of Electrical and Water Meters as well as Fire, Lift, Electrical, Lighting and Hydraulic monitoring and control.
