New Project: 50 Margaret Street

Alerton Australia / Leading Edge Automation has been contracted by Rockworth in Singapore to deliver a BMS upgrade for this 14 floor Commercial tower in the heart of Sydney.

The Sales team worked previously with Rockworth in Perth on the 59 Albany project, and the clients positive experience with the team in Perth and the support from the Sydney and Melbourne teams have allowed us to pick up this project. The key selling points for the client included the large Service Team in NSW, a 5 year warranty on the Alerton Controllers as part of ongoing maintenance for the building, and the value of a national relationship with us and Rockworth to manage their sites via Optergy.

The BMS will be controlling the Chilled Water, Condenser Water and Heating Hot Water Systems, Central AHU’s, On-floor Heating Coils, and Mechanical Ventilation Systems including Carpark CO monitoring.
