Alerton Australia has been contracted by Ellis Air-Conditioning to provide works to Victoria One, a 75 level residential development housing 629 apartments. The project involves VSD’s to control water temperature, boilers, and circulating pumps as well as high-level interface with proprietary VRF energy reporting. The project also involves monitoring of Mechanical Services Switchboards (MSSB’s) and trend logging energy meters, rainwater harvesting flow/usage, apartment common area lighting meters, apartment car park lighting and power meters, Main Electrical Services, Lifts, fire protection services, and security system.
